Welcome to the third edition of our newsletter! Thank you for reading, it really means a lot to us.
For those who are new, we’re sisters, software engineers, and builders at heart. A few months ago, we started building in public, sharing our journey on Instagram. We’re now on day 40 (For this build-in-public challenge, we’re only counting pure dev days not the days spent on content, client projects, or anything else 👀).
The challenge? Build 5 products in 60 days.
Right now, we’re on product #3. 🚀
Here are the 5 small products that we we’re building before 2025 ends:
AI hook generator for content creators
Text-to-Path tool to wrap text around any object in an image
Web MVP bootstrap package to quickly build and launch web applications
Flutter bootstrap package to speed up development with ready-made components
Female health AI assistant (or some other idea related to nano banana, not sure yet)
Lessons learned so far…
We jumped into the first two products by starting from scratch each time, using AI coding tools. That worked… but we also hit bugs and wasted time debugging.
So we asked ourselves: why not use our own code as a starting point instead of reinventing the wheel every time?
That’s how products #3 and #4 were born. They’re not just tools for us, they’re bootstrap packages that will speed up all our future projects (and hopefully help others too).
These packages include all the core MVP features, we noticed every product needs:
User authentication
Email sending (Resend)
Blog setup for SEO
Landing page components
Subscriptions & payments (Lemon Squeezy)
Analytics
The idea: instead of losing time on setup, we can focus on the main feature and let the boilerplate handle the rest. We’re planning to package these up and open pre-sales soon. 👀
What’s next?
We’ll keep building, refine the bootstrap packages, and use them to launch new MVPs faster than ever. We’re building toward this: the moment a fresh tech trend hits, think nano banana, we can have a product live within days.
